Over the past three months, I've ordered this item from Amazon multiple times. Every order had to have at least one set returned, and I even had to "return the replacements." The problem was always that the middle plate in the stack was cracked. I waited a couple months to reorder, but still, this last time, three of four sets were damaged.
This is not "shipping damage". These were crushed by something heavy before they were ever put in the shipping carton.
After my return several weeks ago, Amazon promised to take the item off the website and check their inventory. They clearly didn't check carefully enough!

After receiving my Nordic Ware Microwave 3- piece dinnerware sets, I have really enjoyed the versatility of them. They are lightweight yet heavy enough to put a good sized portion on/in. I really like the
fact that they are microwavable and I put them on the top rack of my dishwasher and they clean up well. I am impressed also at the fact that they do not show staining, for example from vegetable soup, french dressing, or spaghetti. They are just the right weight for young children to carry, or older adults with arthritis, to hold onto. I feel I made a good choice in my purchase of these.
